Problems Are Rarely 100% Technical

They require communication, connection, self-management, teamwork and collaboration

This is Part ONE of the three-part series.  In this part of the course, you'll learn about communication and connection.  It is very rare to work entirely in isolation.  Learn to build connection, make requests, engage in conflict management and negotiate.  Build your Emotional Intelligence.    Communicate and collaborate with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in mind.  Learn the art of public speaking and body language.

This course is built for the technical professional.  We understand your work because we're in the technical field ourselves.  Our objective is to pass on tools and techniques that we wish we had earlier in our careers.  If you can incorporate these skills in your professional and personal life, you'll set yourself up for stronger relationships, clear communication and effective interactions.  Business is built on relationships.  Build stronger relationships with this course on communication and connection.
