Dr. Hallowell's delivery of energy-based hazard recognition is creative, engaging, and interesting. I left the session understanding how to enhance hazard recognition and risk assessment at the front line.

Sr. Vice President of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality • Graham Construction

Mike Court

The energy-based safety approach has been transformational for our business. You can tell when it’s working. You hear the conversation change in the workplace. The delivery of the material is second to none. Our team quickly understood the process and recognized the benefit. Few programs are operationalized to this extent.

Vice President ‑ Health & Safety • Flynn Group

Craig Lowrie

The energy-based approach is backed by science, yet the theory is so easy to understand. Once the initial training to leadership and field crews has been done, the change in conversations is immediately evident… from the front lines to the executive boardrooms. The delivery of the material is also engaging and generates overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants. After 30 years of being involved in the safety field, I believe the energy method will be a game-changer.”
